FWI Heat Treatment
Our products are Heat treated with ISPM-15 standard to control the spread of wood and forest pests. ISPM-15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures) designates the standard required by the United Nations member countries for international shipments.
FWI Cable Drums
Softwood Cable Drums are specified for heavy duty applications. We can manufacture drums from 450mm to 3200mm in diameter. Softwood Cable Drums are usually supplied assembled, however we can also supply them in kit form which is particularly useful for overseas customers. Drums are manufactured using european softwood for flanges and barrels while steel tie-rods and nuts are used to assemble them.
We can manufacture drums based on customer drawings and specifications or alternatively our Engineering team can advise on appropriate sizes and specifications based on individual requirements including triple or quad flanges and ramped drums.
